The Representatives of ETE Consulting and EiEU Consultancy participated in the international Exhibition IMEX America 2025 in Las Vegas.

From October 7 to 9, 2025, ETE Consulting’s and EiEU Consultancy’s representatives took part in one of the world’s largest exhibitions for the meetings, events and business travel industry–IMEX America 2025, held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, USA.

IMEX America annually brings together thousands of professionals from more than 150 countries, representing all sectors of the MICE industry–meetings, incentives, conferences and events. This year, the exhibition featured hundreds of exhibitors, ranging from international hotel chains and tourism boards to developers of innovative event management technologies.

The participation of  ETE Consulting’s and EiEU Consultancy’s teams in IMEX America represented an important step in strengthening international relations and expanding their partner networks. As part of the business program, the representatives held meetings with potential partners and suppliers, discussed emerging trends in event organization and explored innovative solutions introduced by leading global companies.

In addition to business meetings, the teams attended several educational sessions and panel discussions focused on sustainability in the event industry, digitalization processes and the integration of artificial intelligence into event management.

Following the exhibition, the representatives noted the high level of organization at IMEX America and expressed confidence that the new contacts and insights gained would serve as a strong foundation for continued growth and for strengthening their positions in the international market.
